Day 1

So on day one after the "prisons" as we call them arrived I ordered Matt to wear them for 5 hours with socks, he actually wore them for 5 hours 40 minutes as he fell asleep wearing them.

After taking them off he rated the dampness as a 2 out of 10 after testing it by placing his hand inside and the smell being a 1 out of 10, so pretty much like a new sneaker.

He then wrote the following comments in his daily report :-)

"Activity relatively low.  Around the house and apprx. 2 hours sleep.  Became extrememly uncomfortable during sleep with right foot falling asleep due to sneaker being on tight.  Upon removal, socks (Puma athletic type) were damp but sole of sneaker relatively dry.  Smell was slightly more used but very new smelling.  VERY relieved to get them off and feet were extremely smooth and had a slight odor.   Hour later and feet still feel effect of having them on that long.  Smooth but relieved."
